Since opening the doors in June of 2018, La Banca has become a destination for Paisley residents that are looking to experience the authentic taste of Italy right here in their own town. Traditional in our approach yet forward-thinking in our flexibility, this Neilston Road eatery prides itself on producing consistently high-quality cuisine that is not only freshly made on the premises, but is so flavourful that within one visit, you’ll be joining our ever-growing fleet of regulars.
Defined by our incredible dishes and the genuine warmth of our customer service that comes from being a tight-knit team, word of mouth has spread about what we have on offer and has led food lovers from all over Renfrewshire to cross the threshold and treat themselves to our little slice of the mediterannean’s most beloved food.

At La Banca, we strike a unique and immensely tasty balance between the time-honoured methods of the old country and the homegrown flavours of our local community. Across our pizzas, pastas, steaks, seafood and even our Porrelli’s ice cream-imbued desserts, everything is not only meticulously crafted by our team, but originates from either Italy or right here in Renfrewshire.
Keen to use the finest ingredients that we can, all of our tomatoes, cheeses, wines and meats are imported directly from Catania. While in the case of our veg and our breads, we are delighted to make use of the expertly nurtured produce of Inchinnan’s Field Fresh Foods and Renfrew’s Buon Giorno Bakery.
In the hands of head chef Lorenzo De Carlo and his team, these ingredients are transformed into some of the finest Italian fare that you can find anywhere in the country. Equipped with over 25 years of experience, Lorenzo channels his heritage into each dish in order to create something truly distinct and immensely enjoyable.
